It is pathetic to see that some business owners have no regard for the customers who patronise their products and services. It even gets worse when you realise that most of these people are entrepreneurs who are now building their business
and yet they don’t have any clue that for your business to succeed you should have a customer – first mentality.
Some entrepreneurs like the owners of Elaines Chic Couture, an online store are only concerned about making money, which is understandable but they forget that the key to sustaining a business is having satisfied, loyal customers who will always buy your products over the long time.
Apparently, the young lady who sent us a mail about the terrible experience she had with them, bought some clothing from their online Instagram store.
After payment and a lot of back and forth, it was delivered to her after 2 weeks. She checked the items out and one is not what she ordered and it came dirty! Dirty!
All her efforts to get this rectified has been in vain.
